In your own backyard
Lifestyle photography is perhaps the most fun way of living vicariously through others. It is the foundation of style and individuality without having to say anything. This appreciation for such art has led me to following the works of Tom Selby and Backyard Bill. Both are fantastic photographers and I tend to get lost in their work on a regular basis.

Roys Denim
I've been an avid follower of Highsnobiety and Selectism for a while now. It's pretty much a go to past time just to see what's going on as far as entertainment, style, and products go. One pretty awesome feature they include on their site are weekly tumblr recommendations. Many of them often capture the typical guys eye with luscious eye candy, while others are spot on with landscapes, DIY features, retro pro wrestling features, and other interests such as denim!
This is when I came across the Tumblr, Shit Denim. I spent too much time browsing the craft of making denim goods and the attention to detail on this site. One video that caught my attention is done by the good fellas at Cool Hunting. They followed Roy in his denim warehouse in Oakland, CA. Roy uses his vintage machinery to compliment his hobby and business of making fine denim goods. He builds his craft and product with whatever each machine allows him to do, often using fine material from Japanese distributors.
You can find more info about him and even purchase some of his goods here.

The Robin
Last night had to be one of my most favorite episodes of How I Met Your Mother. As I was turned off by episodes prolonging a duration of a season, I was finally offered answers and the show is actually moving forward. As I have gotten so invested in these characters throughout the years, it makes me happy when good things happen to them. Sure, it's all a show, but it's all based on imaginations of real people who have real lives and real dreams. Now we realize the game is over.
Like all great scenes, they always choose the perfect song.

That makes me just wanna open up
Your flavor is the sweetest thing in life
I'm addicted to your chocolate high"
